Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from one of our U.S. production locations in Mankato, MN. Brooklyn, NY. or Jacksonville, FL. Depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout, your order will be sent via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Processing times

Each item is custom made to order. Standard production time is typically 1–3 business days, though this may vary during peak periods. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping methods

We use the following carriers:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

The carrier used for your order will depend on the destination, package size, and service level selected at checkout. Transit times are determined by the carrier and are not included within our production time.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier and may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Incorrect or undeliverable addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address can be re-shipped at the buyer’s expense.

Lost or delayed shipments

If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first, as they can often provide more detailed delivery information. If the issue is not resolved, contact us at hello@pickledstamps.com and we will assist further.

International shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries. Delivery times, customs processing, duties, and taxes vary by destination and are the responsibility of the buyer.
